They really need to step up their return process. I placed an order, and one of the items just doesn’t work with my phone. When I asked for a return, the customer service made it seem like a huge hassle. It shouldn’t be this tough to send something back.

I got a secondhand camera that was advertised as new, the packaging was already opened and some accessories were not included. I haven't shopped on their site since that incident. They operate like a grey market store, and a lot of their products aren't backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Instead, they provide their own warranty, which is pretty much a joke. I also bought a Samsung smartwatch from them, and after some time, the battery gave out. When I took it to the Samsung repair center, they told me it was imported from another country, so the warranty doesn't apply here in the UAE.

It's consistently a joy to work with this site, my favorite place for anything I require for my office, business, and home. They’re way better and more dependable than Noon or Amazon, plus the customer service feels more personal.
